School Field Trips
Field Trip Reservation Form (Word format or PDF)
Paulson's Pumpkin Patch school field trips are offerend to grades K thru 4th, Monday thru Friday, mid September through October. We can accommodate school groups of 20 to 120 students.
The cost is $5.00 per child. For groups of 20 or more.
For groups of less than 20 a flat fee of $100 is charged.
Teachers/chaperones are admitted free.
We suggest at least two chaperones per class (1 teacher & 1 helper). Additional parents or children will be admitted at a cost of $5.00 each.
The field trip is self guided. Upon arrival, each class is given a map of the farm showing the location of each activity. It is the teacher’s responsibility to organize their class and rotate from activity to activity in a timely manner. Each activity should take approximately 20 minutes. Spend a few hours at the farm or the whole day. Bring your lunch and have a picnic - indoor seating area available.
The fee includes the following list of activities:
- educational walk through the corn maze – 2010 maze is the solar system – visit all nine planets and the Rocket ship to learn fun facts
- a wagon ride through the haunted forest
- educational nature walk through the woods – Animal tracks, and tree and bird identification are a few things you’ll see along the trail.
- visit with farm animals & have fun in the play area
- scavenger hunt in Goblins Grove – find all the spooks
- water balloon launch to hit pumpkin target– 1 balloon/student
- watch an educational video on how pumpkins grow
- one pumpkin farm coloring book per student to take back to class
- one mini pumpkin or gourd per student to take home
Please note: if mini pumpkin supply depletes we may substitute one
large pumpkin per class rather than one mini pumpkin per student.

All activities are outside. Please dress your children appropriately to ensure they have a great time. Remember the bug spray and walking shoes.
